LITTLETON SIGN

 General Information

  • Facility can be rented out by non-profit organizations and private parties
  • NO OPEN PARTIES - Restricted to written invitation events and all events that are charging participants
  • Facility Details:
    • 9,000 square foot Event Center
    • 440 Square Foot Stage Area
    • Small enclosed bar w/ service window
    • 1,035 Square Foot kitchen w/ food preparation area, three commercial electric ovens/stoves, service window, commercial refrigerator and commercial freezer
  • Capacity seating limit - 350 maximum (subject to availability)
  • Renter is required to setup and takedown tables and chairs
  • Capacity assembly limit - 800 maximum
  • Equipment - Kitchen (no cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc.) tables and chairs

 Reserving the Littleton Community Center

  • A completed "Exclusive Use Agreement" must be submitted and approved
  • A $500 deposit is required to reserve the date requested (Conditional refund after event)
  • Rental Fee, Security Fee and Insurance Fee is due no later than45 days prior to the event

 Insurance

  • Insurance will be calculated depending on the event
  • General estimate is about $175 to $300 plus a $44 administrative fee

Security Requirements

Private Adult Events (NO alcoholic beverages available)            1 guard for every 150 attendees

Private Adult Events (Alcoholic beverages available)                  1 guard for every 100 attendees

Local Non-Profit/School District Events (NO alcoholic                 Not required unless by City Manager beverages available)

Local Non-Profit/School District Events (Alcoholic                       1 guard for every 150 attendees beverages available)

Private Youth Events (NO alcoholic beverages allowed)             1 guard for every 75 attendees

Individual or organization renting the City facility can request Galt off-duty police officer or licensed private security guards of the City of Galt's choice which will be scheduled by the Parks & Recreation Department

Security Guards must be in place prior to the arrival of guests and are present until the facility is returned to Parks & Recreation staff

Security Guards for events lasting longer than 8 hours will be charged an overtime rate of $65 per hour/per guard
